Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Milwaukee, WI                               Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

  • Atlas MKE has established a minimum wage of $20/hour
  • Up to $40/hour ($83,200 Annually) total compensation based on sales performance bonuses and incentives
  • 100% employer covered medical through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental and vision insurance through Delta
  • Paid time off: 22 days total – 10 days of earned vacation, 4 additional paid days for volunteering at your charity of choice, 10 federal holidays, and 2 floating holidays

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR), which we call Targeting Agents, focus on outbound call first sales to set qualified meetings for our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • A sense of service to the community both locally and nationally
  • Ability to talk confidently with prospects over the phone and email to set meetings for clients 
  • Driven to execute outreach strategies for new lead generation
  • Support client sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Attend product training to develop an understanding of client’s products or services
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on past experience

2+ years of sales experience

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and customers.
